I am a Learning and Development Professional with a strong leadership, coaching, OD and HR background. My career features a wide range of experience in such diverse industries as international transportation (Emirates Airlines), theme park (Universal Studios Hollywood), mortgage banking (Lending Tree Loans) and restaurants (California Pizza Kitchen). For example, I have developed a sales training program which effectively accelerated the time it takes for an employee to become fully effective and competent in customer relationship management. In addition to developing and facilitating comprehensive, modular training programs (Sales, motivation, modeling the way, performance management etc.) for individual contributors, front-line supervisors and management staff; I have successfully coached managers and employees to achieve higher skill levels in sales goals and interpersonal effectiveness. I was born and raised in Wales, educated in the UK and USA, and have lived or worked in Germany, Sweden, Austria, United Arab Emirates among others. This has added to my strong cultural understanding enabling me to readily adapt to new ethic or corporate cultures and move through very different organizations with ease. I am a British Citizen and an American Green Card Holder who is readily available to travel up to 100% if that meets the criteria of the position.Each of my previous positions has demanded skill as a collaborative and persuasive communicator and keen organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
