Helped home buyers find and triage homes by adding contextual information to our listing detail pages (nearby schools, various climate risks to consider, available down payment assistance programs, zoning data, points of interest & nearby transit).

Worked with the UX team at BECU to design a system that would encourage positive financial habits, and promote better financial accountability within teens and young adults.

UW's first collaborative effort to prepare students for UX Design internship and job applications. Every Friday we meet, where designers come together to solve UX challenges presented in design interviews and take-home challenges. Each challenge helps us practice our brainstorming, design thinking, UX prototyping, and UX process skills.

Worked directly with the founder of FanWide to transfer and redesign content from their blog into an accessible 17 page digital PDF. Gained a deeper understanding of accessibility issues.

Performing general IT related tasks, basic troubleshooting, lab support, software installation, checking out of equipment to students and staff and other duties as required.

We are collaboratively constructing a bioluminescent display as a group. Along the way, we will consider intersecting questions regarding our topic: What are the practicalities and limits of bioluminescence? What are the ethical questions of designing with living organisms? How can speculative projects such as this help provoke environmentally-sensitive design, or do they? Gained practical skills in physical computing and interactive installations as well as the ability to grapple with broader, theoretical questions, such as, what should living displays be used for, and why?
