As a Senior eCommerce Manager at Pattern, I oversee the online sales strategy and execution for various leading Health and Household brands (Domestic and International). I have a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Brigham Young University, where I learned how to apply psychological and sociological principles to consumer behavior and marketing. I have more than three years of experience in eCommerce, starting as a Project Manager and then advancing to a Manager and a Senior Manager role at Pattern. I have successfully managed multiple eCommerce projects, such as launching new products, optimizing conversion rates, and increasing customer loyalty. I have also developed and presented sales forecasts and reports to senior executives and stakeholders, using data-driven insights and critical thinking skills. I am passionate about creating engaging and seamless online shopping experiences for customers, while also driving revenue and growth for the company. I am also an expert in the Amazon Transparency Program. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners.
