This includes liaising with customers, advisors and professionals. Liaising with Insolvency Practitioners regarding struggling borrowers, including appointment of Administrators. Building and enhancing the existing reporting systems in place to ensure efficiency and accuracy are achieved. Liaising with IT, Credit Lead in the ongoing enhancement of the commercial platform to promote end user satisfaction. Input into development of the RateSetter product offering. People management. Forward planning, ensuring that sufficient resources are available at all times to meet the demands of a growing business.
