As a Partner in our firm's Commercial Real Estate, Banking and Land Use Section, I have over 25 years experience in commercial transactional real estate law. I have represented institutional and local lenders, buyers, sellers, developers, landlords and tenants as a continuously active member of the Maryland Bar since 1987 and the Delaware Bar since 1995. I am a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and American College of Mortgage Attorneys. I am also active in the ABA's Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Section, currently serving on the Section's Council, and as Articles Editor, Real Property for Probate and Property magazine. I am a former Chair of the Assignment and Subleasing Committee of the Section's Commercial Leasing Group. I also am Editor of The Sublease and Assignment Deskbook (2nd ed. 2013).I have also authored the "Subordination, Attornment and Nondisturbance Agreements" chapter in the Mathew Bender leasing treatise Current Leasing Law & Techniques, along with articles in Probate & Property and the Practical Real Estate Lawyer.
