In my role as a Delivery Manager at Kicksaw, it is my privilege to lead three Salesforce implementation 'Pods' within our Sales Operations team. Each Pod is comprised of a Salesforce Consultant (BA / PM), Solution Architect, and Salesforce Administrator.
