Current• Vice President of Guidestone Investment Services, supervising member of investment adviser to $17 billion mutual fund complex and $3.8 billion alternatives manager• Member of seven-person leadership team responsible for vision, strategic planning and ongoing oversight of 50+ investment management, operations, legal, compliance and sales personnel• Chair of Institutional Portfolio Committee, approving all investment models for internal and external accounts• Voting member of Investment Management, Allocation & Risk Committee, approving all alternative funds/strategies for the investment platform and overseeing organizational risks• Daily oversight of alternatives practice operations, liquidity management, trading, performance reporting, portfolio analytics system, client relationship management and sales• Create and maintain compliance policies and operational desktop procedures for line of business• Supervise completion of all legal documents for private fund investments (internal and for third-party clients)• Manage portfolio and analytics system, including account-level and private fund performance as well as exposure reporting, pacing model creation and maintenance, and risk management model integration• Work with third-party consultants on data feed construction and improvement, data aggregation, and ongoing monitoring of feeds from custodian, transfer agent, ratings agencies • Create Investment Policy Statements and Investment Management Agreements for internal and external clients
