Responsible for the evaluation, assessment, and restoration design of existing commercial, residential and industrial buildings as well as the design and site review of building envelope systems on new-builds throughout British Columbia.Performed the role of prime consultant for a variety of restoration projects overseeing architects and sub-consultant engineers through the construction life cycle. Co-authored a Master’s level paper on the ‘Geotechnical Characterization of Muskeg/Organic Soil. Performed various soil classification tests on peat soil under Dr. Sumi Siddiqua in conjunction with ConeTec and Trans Canada Corporation. Helped edit Master and Ph.D papers for students working under the same Professor

Coached ages 3-12 in soccer to improve technical abilities and skills (up to 30 players at once). Parents were so impressed with the improvement in their kids that they requested private lessons. Due to my experience and coaching abilities I was given the opportunity to train volunteer coaches and parent coaches
