Current- Develop and manage all financial statements and reporting- Develop and manage the school's annual budget, ensuring compliance with GAAP principles and internal controls- Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and banking- Manage outside contractors performing those roles- Prepare and analyze financial reports for the Board of Directors and senior leadership team- Manage all aspects of the school's rental agreements- Oversee the capital plan for the school- Oversee deferred maintenance and hiring of contractors for repair of the school's facilities- Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency procedures- Manage all institutional contracts, including fire, safety, maintenance, and HVAC
