We offer custom crush services as well as a private barrel program, through which we make single barrels of wine according to our customer's individual preferences. - Graduate thesis: Bottle Shock -- The chemical and sensory effects on white wine during short-term aging and the use of different sparging gases at bottling.- Trained judges to sensorially evaluate wine.- Performed chemical analyses (VA, EtOH, pH, SO2, TA, browning, dissolved and headspace O2) to complement sensory data.
