I do meaningful things that help people and communities and inspire others to do the same. Throughout the past 35 years, I have had the privilege to work with excellent teams to develop, implement, and manage strategic plans and win/win partnerships with corporations and non-profits on just about every continent. As a visionary leader, I have created new ideas and inspired teams to address unmet needs.As an operations/finance director, I have crafted and executed detailed action plans and managed multi-million dollar budgets.As a people leader, I have built, mentored, equipped, and empowered individuals and teams to function in healthy, productive environments while successfully advancing the organization’s mission.I lived in east Africa (Uganda and Rwanda) for 5 years, worked regularly on the Tibetan Plateau in China for 2 years, and conducted business in South America and Europe for several years. I currently live in northwest Arkansas where there are tremendous opportunities to impact individuals, families, and communities.
