Revenue Operations Analyst
CurrentResponsible for forecasting and reporting across primary Alchemy revenue-generating lines of business. - Emphasis on financial reporting and modeling, invoicing methodology for attaining projected billing and revenue targets, and data visualization to enable leadership with key business insights. Leads a weekly call with C Suite to ensure alignment on monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.- Handling all customer-facing quote generation and executable documents for North America and International sales teams. Includes pricing strategy updates and improvements, and facilitating discussions between Sales and Legal to ensure appropriate contracting framework.- Proposed and led an initiative to replace existing BI solution via a year-long project with a more approachable and affordable platform, resulting in a 95% cost reduction and massive increase in internal adoption. Acting as SME for the new platform while rolling out additional functionality on a monthly basis.- Providing support to New Business and Account Management teams on customer calls regarding Alchemy’s Integration product suite, acting as a technical resource for product functionality when needed.- SME for internal CRM to propagate healthy pipeline practices and data cleanliness. Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting across multiple data sources and LOB’s, typically in an ad hoc fashion.
