Brett Hill previously served as Managing Director at Greystone where he focused on Student Housing & Multifamily Debt and Equity solutions, which includes Debt Placement, JV Equity, Agency Finance, Bridge Lending, CMBS, Mezzanine, and Preferred Equity. Brett worked closely with both the Greystone Platform and Cushman Wakefield’s Student Housing Team.Prior to joining Greystone, Mr. Hill spent 17 years with Wells Fargo, most recently serving as a Managing Director for the Commercial Real Estate Group within the Corporate & Investment Banking Division. During his tenure, Mr. Hill originated over $7.0Bn of loans throughout the United States. In this role, he led loan origination and client development efforts for institutional and large commercial real estate clients across the Midwest.
