Improve on existing infrastructure to enable safer and easier access/egress to equipment at height.Formalised the workshop area into a more productive space by adding a mezzanine floor for itemised spares storage thus opening up the ground floor for personal work bench areas.Proposed a PPM system where the machinery operators can used plumbed in grease lines to lubricate their equipment bearings/rollers etc. themselves, thus giving the maintenance team more time to deal with breakdowns. A progressive career from Mechanic to Supervisor. As a hands on Supervisor I was involved in the maintenance, repair and modification of several different aircraft and their mechanical sub-systems. I was also utilised on a busy flight line co-ordinating the days flying programme.
