Reporting directly to Aramco's FPD Budget Director, this position requires leadership and coordination of a department of 200 consultants, specialists, and engineers providing formal presentations to Senior Management and the Board of Directors, among others. I am the creator of the "Live Meeting Progress Update Electronic Notification System" which is credited with saving countless engineering and management personnel man-hours and keeping high level meetings flowing smoothly and efficiently. This was a temporary position to immediately fill a critical void.

Responsible for all of Parkson's lines of pilot test equipment from screening of raw feed through to fine filtration. There were approximately 80 test units and systems available for demonstrations to prospective customers, as well as for pure R & D opportunities. Pilot tests were an equal split between Municipal and Industrial applications. Dozens of Parkson employees from all divisions and levels of Parkson participated in the hands-on experience of the pilot program.

Responsible for a number of Parkson’s key product lines, including Lamella Gravity Settler/Thickeners, SuperScraper, DynaSand Filters, DynaSand D2, DynaDisc Filters, Grit Handling products, and more. This promotion resulted from management's recognition of the high level of process experience required to manage product lines, and the need to close “significant gaps in the areas of process warranties and process knowledge", per an April 4, 2008 letter by President Zain Mahmood.

Primary duty was to manage the service function of a department of process and senior process engineers that provide installation assistance, troubleshooting services, start-up services, and training of personnel for several thousand installations worldwide. Took highest risk trips myself. First ever recipient of the company's Kleiny Customer Service Award for the Year 2000.

This was not only a highly successful period for the pilot program, but also by far the most active pilot testing period in Parkson's history. There were typically 12 pilot units being tested simultaneously during this period by seven engineers, with a peak of 15 units being tested. Virtually 100% of these pilot tests resulted in Sales.

Primary accomplishments are in improving troubleshooting procedures (inventor of the MegaLift and the J-Blaster) and in producing a substantial reduction of delivered filter media cost.

Developed less expensive and more environmentally sound ways of drilling for oil and gas throughout the world. Co-inventor of U.S. patent number 4,883,125 Cementing Oil & Gas Wells Using Converted Drilling Fluid. Through use of and royalties from this patent, since 1987 Arco made and saved over $100 million per year during the life of the patent, and reduced industrial waste by millions of barrels per year.

Credited with designing and implementing a system for cleaning up a seven-year accumulation of hazardous wastewater, and identification and proper disposal of thousands of hazardous and non-hazardous drums of waste.
