As my Management position continued to grow in alignment with company success, I was promoted to Director of Operations maintaining all the Operations Manager duties while responsible for 90 employees, including 6 managers. Daily duties included preparing and managing budget, analyzing P&L statements to create a reporting package for the CEO and CFO.

Hired on to managed the day-to-day operations of a 90,000 square foot facility with 45-80 employees depending on seasonal needs, coordinating all inbound and outbound logistics including negotiating contracts. Collaborated with and managed international suppliers, freight brokers, and warehouses. Instrumental in facilitating company growth from $0 to $40M.
