As a Platform Systems Engineer at The Last Mile, I use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies such as Ansible and Terraform to update and maintain network infrastructure for a non-profit organization that teaches coding and web development to incarcerated individuals. I have over a year of experience in this role, and I am passionate about empowering and transforming lives through technology and education.In addition to my technical skills, I also have extensive teaching and mentoring experience. I started as a Jr. Web Developer and Remote Instruction Coordinator at The Last Mile, where I learned and taught the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js) to students across multiple facilities. I then became a Remote Instructor, where I delivered live and recorded lessons, provided feedback, and supported students' learning and projects. I am currently learning Cybersecurity, C#, and .NET to expand my knowledge and skills, and to share them with others.
