Brett’s law practice involves representing business owners throughout the United States and internationally and is concentrated in the areas of corporate transactional law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, securities, private equity and emerging businesses, venture capital transactions, family- owned businesses and succession planning, and counseling with respect to business issues, compliance and contract negotiation. He has extensive experience representing clients in various industries and service sectors throughout the United States and internationally, including manufacturing, technology, communications, energy, and healthcare. He speaks and writes on topics related to the intersection of law and business development.Brett has served as the Firm’s Managing Partner since 2008.
