I have sat on trading floors in schedule A & B banks and boutiques with over twenty years, Capital Markets trading, treasury, currency and payments experience before getting into recruiting & consulting. I have extensive options trading and client relationship consulting and risk, sales management experience. P&L responsibility as well as credit and credit management has been a large part of my experience. I have traded @ schedule A & B banks and built a boutique firms in the treasury space. Business development and strategic partnerships has been my focus and I have managed and mentored sales/trading teams in capital markets as well. My experience as an integral part of the growth of several new initiatives in this space has allowed me to understand what it takes to launch and sustain and grow a business in the Financial Services markets these days.
