- Receive and validate deposits and process withdrawals and loan payments from customers- Cash checks following SYB check cashing policy- Sell official checks- Balance Cash drawer daily- Process and balance teller work through image capture- Sell and cross-sell SYB products- Participate in weekly team meetings- Open new accounts, sell bank products and services- Retain and expand customer relationships- Process and close loan request- Assist customers with questions and/or concerns about their banking accounts- Perform operational task such as account maintenance, tracking of information, etc.

- Responsible for making critical decisions in regards to the clubs direction financially/ethically- Work directly with owners and assumes all responsibility with management of program- Manage all club employees (Club administrator, Web Master, Field Assigner, Referee Assignor, Technical Director, Coaching Directors, and Tournament Director) and ensure program runs smoothly and effectively - Manage program budget and ensure accounting department receives all invoices and that expenses stay under budget - Oversee both the girls and boys programs in relation to their operations- Run weekly meetings with Program Directors to get feedback for areas of improvement- Staff all additional programming with appropriate personnel- Help facilitate fundraising opportunities with the help of the club treasurer
