Brett has been with REV·1 Engineering since 2012. Through his years at REV·1 Engineering, Brett has developed a deep experience in casting, molding, and coating with a wide variety of silicone, urethane and thermoplastic resin materials Brett has specialized experience in polymer casting and molding technologies and pre-clinical modeling. With this experience and a bit of creativity, Brett assists in design & creation of most of REV·1’s innovative pre-clinical anatomical models – key tools which allow REV·1 to accurately test and quickly iterate product designs appropriately during prototype development.As a D&I Technician Brett has assisted in the development of many new products and Ideas, as well as creating new processes. Brett has experience building catheters of all sizes, delivery systems, Spinal Implants, Manufacturer line efficiency, and Heart mapping technologies to name a few. Brett also is the Document Control Specialist/ Quality technician for REV·1 and for several of REV·1’s clients. Brett has assisted in the setup and implementation of multiple Quality Management Systems, including managing updating REV·1’s QMS and maintaining compliance to the ISO 9001:2015 Standards. Brett has written many test methods and Standard Procedures for REV·1 and its Clients to ensure Compliance with regulations and standards with departments like the FDA, CE, and ISO. Brett performs other essential tasks at Rev 1 including:purchasingchemical inventory and MDS managementShipping /recieving Equipment calibration and maintenance
