I am also adept at explaining technical concepts at levels that suit the knowledge or experience of an audience, and I previously authored a weekly newspaper column about Apple and the technology sector. I believe driving success and turning a vision into reality requires both executive sponsorship and the enablement of employees, which is why I work with leaders from across organizations to identify opportunities for improvement and help them execute strategic plans that meet their goals.These skills and my experiences have enabled me to serve as a subject matter expert for various higher education institutions, governmental agencies, and business organizations with respect to rapid changes in technology, device deployment, support workflows, process modernization, and programs supporting employee choice of technology.For example, I identified an opportunity to overhaul the device troubleshooting processes for a telecommunications company which enabled employees to be more efficient, reduced customer wait times, increased customer satisfaction scores, and ultimately saved the organization at least $60,000.I have also had the privilege to assist multiple colleges/universities with rolling out iPad to all their students. Apple technology has allowed educators to begin leveraging new ways to deliver concepts and connect with their classes. Students are now able to attend class or complete coursework from anywhere, all while feeling more organized and productive. And these institutions have been enabled to address serious topics like equitable access to technology for any student.I believe there is always room to improve, and that the world can be changed by the ones who are crazy enough to believe they can do so. For me, being a part of these tangible outcomes has been an honor and I am proud to have played a role in leaving the world better than I found it.
