Lead a team analytic professionals responsible for the creation and enhancement of the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence platforms in addition to the execution of a legion of advanced analytical and financial analyses.• Manage, configure and enhance both on-premises and SaaS business intelligence environments containing Financial, Research, Academic, HR, Faculty and Operations applications. These applications support hundreds of users and tens of thousands client sessions per year improving organizational efficiency.• Responsible for the establishment and population of the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). Content development activities consist of collaborating with IT to leverage APIs and team developed RaaS reports to extract data from a myriad of remotely hosted systems including Workday. In addition, ETL code is developed, deployed, scheduled and maintained within the team to create a data mart that supports the majority of operational analysis activities across the Medical Center.• Leverage statistical techniques/analytical skills, programming skills and business acumen to support innumerable projects including employee attrition and compensation, funding utilization, facilities cost allocation and space utilization analyses. These efforts optimize decision making at all levels of the institution.
