Coordinate with Israel Country Manager, Foreign Military Sales Lead Engineer, Israel Contracts, Class Desk and the Joint Program Office Configuration Management team for all software and hardware configuration changes to the Israel F-35 jet to include Major Variance Requests (MVR), Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), Change Requests (CR), Advanced Change Study Notices (ACSN), Information Only Notices (ION) and Notice of Revisions (NOR) that go to Joint Change Review Board (JCRB) and Joint Configuration Control Board (JCCB). Enter and track all configuration change records in the Joint Configuration Management Information System (JCMIS), SharePoint and Microsoft Access. Provide and track all Contract Data Requirements lists (CDRL) to Joint Program Office (JPO). Create agendas and minutes weekly for the JCRB and JCCB. Provide logistics support for both meetings and ensure the customer has the latest engineering data for their weekly meeting. Review and provide feedback on Statements of Work (SOW) concerning Israel configuration management.

Responsible for analyzing program requirements, status, budget and schedules as they pertain to either Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS). Perform program management, technical, or business case analyses. Participate as a member of and/or support the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings. Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical and/or financial information relating to weapon system acquisition, and product programs.

Provide International Affairs and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) support for the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) development and execution. International strategic planning and engagements (MOU, MOA, PA, IEA, etc.). Support interagency FMS, including MDA, Navy, and Army. Support multilateral armaments cooperation efforts such as agreements, export licensing, technology transfer, cooperative research, co-production, and technology assessments, and provide disclosure review as needed.Prepare briefings and supporting documents, schedules, work plans, analysis, assessments, clearances, minutes and actions items.

•Apply policies and procedures relative to case management, case closure, financial planning and tracking of commitments, obligations, and expenditures•Utilize MISIL, DoDSAP Case Implementation policies and procedures, and CLSSA•Utilize written and oral communication skills commensurate with technical role•Analyze and gather data related to major weapons systems in response to international customer request•Monitor and track deliveries, prepare agenda minutes and monitor actions related to customer meetings

•Independently and simultaneously execute all front desk operations, such as guest registration, cash collections, delinquent account resolution, account change requests, and nutritional supplement preparation•Vigilant in protecting members’ health and safety by proactively identifying and correcting hazards and practices to prevent injury•Assist clients on contractual agreements; ensure full comprehension of terms and content prior to signature; maintain thorough and accurate documentation records•Primary point of contact for clientele; build exceptional client rapport and provide excellent customer oriented service; create a welcoming environment by initiating friendly customer greetings and providing prompt and efficient assistance for visitors and callers
