I spent the summer as a technical analyst future (intern) at Netsmart, where I got acquainted with their various softwares and worked on the automation of various forms within these softwares, to reduce repetitive work for other employees so they can spend their time doing more impactful work. I also gave multiple presentations on the work I did during the summer, as well as pitching our project automation idea to the leadership of Netsmart. This was an invaluable experience for me, that taught me how the workplace works, and I am appreciative of it.
