Reserve Component Liaison Officer To Army Cryptologic Operations
CurrentServes as the Reserve Component action officer and liaison at INSCOM Staff and National Security Agency.Coordinates and facilitates Army National Guard (ARNG) and the Military Intelligence Readiness Command (MIRC) SIGINT support, policy adherence, and present and future requirements within the Intelligence Community.Presents ANRG and MIRC capabilities and requirements to the NSA and to the National Intelligence Community on matters pertaining to Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) direct and general operations support, force structure, resource utilization with emphasis on Army cryptologic operations, planning and policy for the Reserve Component.Prepares and presents decision briefings, status reports and policy recommendations to senior decision makers.Prepares and writes memos for ARNG G2 outlining SIGINT utilization and support for training.Provides unit assistance identifying SIGINT equipment/manning requirements, procuring equipment, developing and updating USSIDs and Site Profiles, and ensuring soldiers and DoD civilians have the necessary clearances and accesses. Works SCIF accreditation issues, physical security issues, and all mission critical concerns for SIGINT units in the Reserve Component, both CONUS and OCONUS. Assists with integration of SIGINT lessons learned for INSCOM, including ensuring Foundry training effort has visibility for SIGINT training requirements. Works closely with the TROJAN Management Office to manage training and equipment fielding calendar in tandem with unit requirements.
