Serves as the Reserve Component action officer and liaison at INSCOM Staff and National Security Agency.Coordinates and facilitates Army National Guard (ARNG) and the Military Intelligence Readiness Command (MIRC) SIGINT support, policy adherence, and present and future requirements within the Intelligence Community.Presents ANRG and MIRC capabilities and requirements to the NSA and to the National Intelligence Community on matters pertaining to Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) direct and general operations support, force structure, resource utilization with emphasis on Army cryptologic operations, planning and policy for the Reserve Component.Prepares and presents decision briefings, status reports and policy recommendations to senior decision makers.Prepares and writes memos for ARNG G2 outlining SIGINT utilization and support for training.Provides unit assistance identifying SIGINT equipment/manning requirements, procuring equipment, developing and updating USSIDs and Site Profiles, and ensuring soldiers and DoD civilians have the necessary clearances and accesses. Works SCIF accreditation issues, physical security issues, and all mission critical concerns for SIGINT units in the Reserve Component, both CONUS and OCONUS. Assists with integration of SIGINT lessons learned for INSCOM, including ensuring Foundry training effort has visibility for SIGINT training requirements. Works closely with the TROJAN Management Office to manage training and equipment fielding calendar in tandem with unit requirements.

While in this position I assisted in development of yearly training plans for HUMINT/CI soldiers in the company.I develop soldiers in the platoon for future leadership responsibilities and counseled them as necessary on skills, training and accomplishments.I also maintained an above satisfactory retention rate of capable soldiers during time as Platoon Leader.

During this mission I was in charge of approving documents for reclassification and release. I was the trainer of incoming team members in approval process.I coordinated daily with multiple US military branches and Intelligence agencies for authorization for use of their reports. Ultimatley the Utah FDO team in met its international deadline early for final release and reclassification of 4300+ reports.

I commanded13 soldiers in the Platoon Operations Center and six soldiers located at two remote sensors sites. I was the final Quality Control for reports developed by Platoon Operations center on a daily basis.I performed analysis using Real Time Regional Gateway, Cineplex, ARCGIS, Analyst Notebook, Renoir, Pathfinder, and SIGINT Navigator to report on foreign influences that would be detrimental to the economic and social development of Southern IraqI attend daily fusion meetings with the Task Force ISR Fusion Cell and S2X to coordinate future collection requirements and missions along with weekly targeting meetings and collaboration meetings with fellow Intelligence Cells on post.I acted as subject matter expert for SIGINT capabilities to the brigade and advised the S2 on how the Platoon Operations Center would be able augment ongoing missions. I ensured proper training for Multi-Sensor Ground Platoon during pre-mobilization period so that they could successfully complete their deployment mission.I monitored sensor sites and coordinated with the units that they were direct support for to ensure proper utilization of the site and continuously improve their missionI properly maintained inventory of six million dollars worth of equipment during the deployment without loss of equipment.

As Head Cashier I led ten personnel in daily store operations on the sales floor. I was responsible for maintaining open accounts at the store such as tax exempt charge accounts. I kept track of warehouse inventory of $1.5 million dollars. While employed with Harbor Freight Tools I continuously earned higher responsibility positions.
