Career SummaryOver 13 years experience in Generalist HR with significant experience in Employee Relations covering workplace investigations. This experience has been gained at a number of organisations including Coles-Myer, Telstra, GHD and with my current employer Frankston City Council. In my current role with Frankston City Council I was employed into a senior position to predominantly assist in helping driving change around acceptable behavior and performance. Role had a strong performance management aspect, where I was required daily to assist line managers with case management for both performance and behavioural issues. The role had a particular emphasis on coaching managers through issues to minimise risk to the business. I was regularly advising on cases which potentially will end in termination and this role was vital in ensuring the business had followed due process. Further to that, the environment was extremely fast paced and reactive and as such requires very strong time management skills, quick decision making and the ability to prioritise due to constant conflicting demands.
