Over 15 years experience in Human Resources with a significant focus on Employee Relations (ER), specifically investigations, grievances, disputes, policies and recruitment. This experience has been gained at a number of organisations including Coles, Telstra, GHD, Frankston City Council, and with my current employer Mornington Peninsula Shire.
