Scope included rerotor of a 80k hp main process gas compressor train, replacement of a 30k hp propylene compressor and significant upgrade of related instrumentation and controls. Lead efforts to integrate project scope within a larger 60-day turnaround event. Managed all turnaround maintenance scope engineering deliverables with ties to project scope execution.
