 Partnering with the Senior Vice President of Marketing to create a new marketing channel (Community) in the educational field that focused on organic lead generation. Shaping and implementing organizational priorities and organizational infrastructure to support the realization of the new Community marketing channel’s strategic goals.  Designing and facilitating organizational processes for strategic planning, budgeting and review, employee evaluation and organizational learning. Monitoring and evaluating organizational development for continuous improvements including presenting information, analysis and use cases for more effective processes and procedures. Supported the Senior Vice President of Marketing to implement, monitor and evaluate institutional policies, strategic plans and systems.  Helping define and develop programmatic vision and strategy in combination with overseeing the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of visions and strategies. Supervising and managing a team of 12 marketing coordinators on behalf of Community Marketing, serving the needs of more than 120 enrollment specialists and 10,000 active students and graduates. Ensuring effective due diligence and compliance for all Community functions and activities performed by the Community channel.

 Conduct student appointments to identify students' educational goals and disseminate course and program information. This includes advising potential and current students with respect to enrollment, transferability and applicability of previous college credits earned, degree program options, degree program requirements and progress, and providing information on university policies, practices and rules. Assist potential and current students in understanding their financial obligations while partnering with students’ assigned Finance Advisor.  Inform students of appropriate time and program commitments while helping them identify available options to develop a personalized plan for success.  Use professional knowledge and perspective to relate to new and potential students to establish professional rapport and add to the student experience. Provide effective communication with potential and current students via telephone and email. Utilize critical thinking and problem solving skills to address and resolve student issues and ensure a positive student experience.  Assist students by performing appropriate follow up and coordination with team members. This includes working with employees in a team environment and providing accurate student information and assistance to other team members in and outside of their functional areas. Monitor student participation and progress through the enrollment process to ensure that students are in compliance with University policies.  Assist students in making informed decisions by providing timely, accurate, and comprehensive enrollment options and program information. Proactive in identifying potential bottlenecks within the student enrollment process initiating steps toward resolution of those bottlenecks. Demonstrate personal and professional integrity as outlined in the Apollo Code of Business Ethics.
