- Establish, grow, and coach an expanding team of 20 Digital Marketers in MarTech, Web Marketing, Digital Advertising, Social Media, and Inbound Marketing, decreasing time-to-market campaigns by 80%, increasing project capacity by 5x, and improving brand awareness by 10x to 1M new impressions per months.- Introduce Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Sales Enablement strategies to optimize lead generation and provide sales training for over 800 company employees to achieve alignment. - Achieve a substantial increase in leads generated through Digital channels, with lead growth from <10k to over 85k leads, leading to over $90M opportunity revenue within 2023. This is accomplished by orchestrating advertising campaigns, directing project priorities, and identifying live campaign tweaks to continually improve performance. - Manage a $5M advertising budget and a $2M marketing technology budget, optimizing resource allocation for effective marketing campaigns and technology investments, supporting 18 divisions, 41 web domains, and 52 social accounts.- Directed implementation of marketing automation systems and customer relationships management systems that improve abilities to block bot traffic and increase targeting.- Build ecosystem maps, roadmaps for digital marketing, and presentations on digital marketing approach, strategy, and focuses. These assets are presented to Marketing and Sales to inform other functions about the state of digital marketing and how to enable more effective collaboration. Provide subject matter expertise in creating and implementing strategy for organic marketing in our website position, including building keyword portfolios, content strategy, and website information architecture.- Drive paid marketing strategy through targets, offers, channels, and digital tactics to ensure who we are targeting resonates with what we are offering through ads.
