I started the Banking and Finance desk from scratch, my role was to build and grow both the permanent and temporary recruitment division in the Sydney market. Once I began to grow the desk I recruited and managed 3 staff providing them with training, mentoring and coaching.

Specifically I established the temporary recruitment division in Adelaide for the Banking, Financial Markets and Financial Services division. I managed 4 staff in these divisions, provided training, mentoring and coaching of consultants.
