Throughout my life, I have had many people whom I have connected with whether that be someone through my family, a friend, or a job whatever it may be the people you meet along the way whether you like them or can't stand their presence these people you meet can be great assets to turn to. For example, when looking for my first job I wasn't certain where to apply. A few of my friends had been working at this pizza place not far from my house. My friend gave his boss a referral and a few days later I had a meeting with the manager and had secured the job. While not everything comes this easy I always come back to this when meeting somebody new. I can also relate this to sports. Almost my entire life I have been playing baseball and have met tons of people along the way whom I still keep in touch with to this day because who knows maybe I could benefit from these connections later on in life.
