Veritas National Field Service works with automotive finance companies, mortgage lenders, credit unions, HOA's and other companies to help them reconnect with their past due customers with field chases ("door knocks") and providing other services in the field such as condition reports, occupancy checks and correspondence delivery.We have over 2000 field agents in all 50 states and Puerto Rico and all of our field work includes a detailed report and digital photography of the address visited and the collateral, if present.The testing division at Veritas National provides drug testing in our home office in Lewisville, Texas and at over 1200 other sites across the U.S. We also offer on-site (mobile) testing in most cities in the U.S. to get employees quickly back to work. We conduct DOT, Pre-Employment, Post Accident, Random and Return to Work testing for companies of all sizes and for individuals. As part of our testing division, we also perform background checks for our business partners. Background checks can include social security number verifications, state and national criminal records checks (including sex offender checks), motor vehicle reports (including commercial) and we can also perform a county criminal record search for more detailed reporting.

~ Managed the daily operations of the loss prevention and account maintenance departments. (90-250 employees)~ Assisted in the reduction of monthly losses and beat set objectives by over $25 million during tenure.

~ Reviewed and advised different regional call centers on process improvements from both Canadian and US Operations.~ Special projects included developing Control Self Assessment for Sarbanes Oxley Compliance for Specialty Call Center. ~ Audit and compliance audits of all centers and development of best practices from each center that produced enterprise-wide procedures and processes.
