Serve as Deputy Chief for the multi-million dollar Small Arms and Light Weapons Program, which assists foreign governments with improving the security, safety, and management of arms, ammunition, and explosives stockpiles. Manage daily operations of the Program, to include maintaining accountability of nine personnel, providing strategic planning, coordinating requests for information, and developing budget forecasts. Manage program implementation in the Asia/Pacific and Central/South America regions, executing 90+ missions in over 30 countries. Provide advice and assistance to senior military and civilian counterparts from various entities, including the Department of State, Central Intelligence Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, Combatant Commands, Embassies, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and Joint Staff.

Promoted to National Security Analyst and managed operational, logistical, and contract support issues for the $11 million International Counter Proliferation (ICP) Program, which seeks to counter the threat of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, related materials, and technologies by providing assistance and training to foreign governments. Acted as primary liaison between the ICP Program Office, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Homeland Security, Combatant Commands, and contractor. Developed standard operating procedures that improved the effectiveness and efficiency of the Program. Ensured that multi person teams deployed throughout the word received administrative and logistical support. Provided technical support to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy on counterproliferation, arms control treaties and agreements, and threat reduction programs.

In support of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), managed research portfolio for several Europe and Eurasia countries, including Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, and Russia. Synthesized multiple sources of information in order to develop country plans that enhanced WMD response capabilities. Composed Trip Preparation Briefings and WMD Regional Threat Assessments on Baltic and Caucasus Regions. Provided on-site support, including researching and drafting memos, verification plans, and facility agreements, to the DTRA's Chemical Weapons Branch.
