Role involved managing a portfolio of clients, selling all Telstra products including phone systems, Broadband internet and mobile communications solutions. I also actively pursued new business, including cold calling, face to face visits to businesses and networking through C.O.C and persoal relationships.

My role was to manage a retail store, including the day to day runnings, sales, managing staff to achieve sales budgets, financial and sales reports and hiring of staff. I also did some Business outbound sales, networking through the local area I was employed in actively engaging with businesses to come into the store and deal with myself.
