Designed and implemented the Channel program and added over 50 SaaS, ISV, VAR and Agent Partners. Supervised 15 salespeople in three major markets, created partner training program, and worked with Marketing to design the partner portal, contract and compensation structure.

Grew sales revenues from $400K/month to $1.3M/month. Was top sales contributor- finished 103% of plan in 2004, 105% of plan in 2005, and 115% of plan in 2006. Added and renewed over 150 new customers, and sold three of the top five Globix customers, ranked by recurring revenues.
