Responsible for the overall production of all departments at the Baltimore ARC, functions to include oversight of donations, transporting of all donation materials, processing of donated materials, pricing & shipping of donated items to stores while make sure we do due diligence in quality control. Have had a hand in increasing ROI so that the Baltimore ARC is a asset to the Salvation Army Home office and not a liability. Specific supervision of the Dock Foreman, AS IS and all warehouse supervisors and sometimes store personnel. Constantly thinking of better processing and organizational methods to increase sales in our stores at all times. I keep constant touch with our rag buyers at any time so that we can get shipments out at the right price for the market whether that be rags, linen or another product asked for by the lbs.
