Since 2006 Utilibill has grown to become a key cloud based SaaS provider of BSS/OSS systems for clients around the world.Role Responsibilities:• Led development teams, assigned tasks, reviewed performance, provided guidance, mentoring and supervision.• Designed, developed and delivered solutions for stakeholders, adhering to time, cost, regulatory and quality parameters including company’s Application Program Interface (API), payment gateways, carrier provisioning gateways and billing feeds. • Guided development, reviewing and incorporating numerous technologies and frameworks.• Administered and managed cross platform (Linux, Windows and VMware) servers and hosting.Key Projects and Achievements:• Instrumental in the expansion of Melbourne Utilibill Development Team from 2 to 15 members.• Completing a 3-tiered billing platform with Telstra LOLIG and LOLM system integrations under an extremely tight timeframe.• Oversaw and guided a complete integration into Optus Wholesale Services Gateway (WSG) for mobile provisioning and billing including network communications and application components including porting, complex billing methods for costing, rating, bundling and contract management.
