Responsible for pre-sales technical support of BlackBerry Cyber Solutions, customer satisfaction and retention in Public Sector and Enterprise accounts across Canada in both official languages. Specialized in Blue Light / Public Safety accounts.

Consulted external clients with the advising, implementing, and managing of network installations and/or upgrades of servers and services. Designed, installed, integrated and supported remote sites enabling site to site access from the Executives' European homes to Head Office over a secure connection. Maintained Windows based Servers and Workstations (Hardware / Software). Assisted in network migration from Windows PDC/BDC to AD architecture with Exchange 2K3 to enable advanced Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) integration. Defined and administered security parameters for BES Mobile Data Services, Checkpoint Firewall-1, Checkpoint VPN-1, and AS-400.

Coordinated the installation of High Speed Internet systems via HPNA in hotels, universities and residences. Provided level III support to client base.

Ensured UL / CE Certification status of product line guaranteeing industry conformance and acceptance. Assessed new technologies for implementation in systems designs to increase reliability and robustness. Coordinated design modifications on accepted products technologies with manufactures to ensure a better fit with our requirements and scope.

Tasked to build a team of engineers to assist with the advancement of product line. Developed new interfacing technologies that were more robust based on emerging computing advancements, allowing for a significant reduction in overall equipment cost, in addition to enhanced reliability. Research and qualified technologies for inclusion in our product line.

Recruited and managed large cadre of technicians across North America. Coordinated the deployment and scheduling of technical staff to install, and maintain systems in the field. Defined budgetary requirements for department based on projected sales.Maintained skillset by continuing with onsite installs and support.

Established the Help desk department to provide clients with technical support on a 24/7 basis; which help reduce SLA times, and increase customer satisfaction. Defined procedural requirements, documentation, as well as hiring and training of staff.
