Brett Larson is the Managing Director at SVN | Insight. In additional to his oversight responsibilities, Brett specializes in the acquisition and disposition of medical office and land holdings throughout the Inland Empire with an emphasis on new development. Brett also provides tenant representation services to physicians and medical groups and leasing services to owners of healthcare real estate.Brett began his real estate career in 2004 in the mortgage loan servicing industry with Chase Home Finance. In 2007, Brett went on to pursue his law degree and, after graduating, advanced his knowledge of real estate law, contracts, secured transactions, negotiation, and landlord-tenant relationships while under the employ of several federal judges, both trial and appellate. Thereafter, Brett transitioned into commercial real estate brokerage joining Coldwell Banker Commercial SC's Healthcare Real Estate Services Group where he was consistently recognized as a top producer. In 2018, Brett and his partners came together to form SVN | Insight.Having resided in the Temecula Valley since 1990, Brett has strong ties to the community and is familiar with the history and development of the Inland Empire.
