37+ years experience working with government heath and human services programs, interacting at the county, state and federal levels. Started career with EDS in the Systems Engineer Development program. Supported Oldsmobile client for 4 years before moving to Tallahassee, FL to support the State of Florida in the development of an integrated eligibility and child support system. Helped implement child support system in the United Kingdom as well as helped perform an assessment of New Zealand's child support system. Moved to Sacramento, California area to continue to support government health and human services programs. Since being in the Sacramento area, I have transitioned from systems development to project management to sales supporting eligibility programs in Arkansas, California, Colorado and Utah as well as supporting Medicaid programs in California, Kansas, Idaho, Nevada and Oregon.In 2014, I was awarded HP's Executive of the Year award for the Americas. I have sold over $1 billion in my career, with sales over $200 million in 2015 and 2016.
