I am the Office Litigation Manager of the Berkeley Heights office of Jackson Lewis where I exclusively represent management in workplace law, including counseling and litigation. I am the co-chair of the firm’s Life Sciences industry group and a member of the firm’s Disability, Leave and Health Management practice group. I routinely advise clients regarding day-to-day employment issues, such as the discipline and discharge of employees, disability management issues, reductions-in-force and restrictive covenants. I also regularly conduct training programs for employers on a variety of employment-related topics, such as performance management, sexual harassment awareness and disability management. I also have extensive experience representing employers in all types of employment litigation matters, including employment discrimination, wrongful discharge and wage and hour cases. I regularly litigate in both state and federal court, as well as before various governmental agencies including the EEOC, the New Jersey Department of Labor and the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights. I am admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York and before the United States Supreme Court. I am a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Section as well as the Sidney Reitman Labor & Employment Inn of Court. I also am a member of the Central New Jersey Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management. In 2006, I was named one of the top forty attorneys under the age of forty in New Jersey by the New Jersey Law Journal.Specialties: Representing management exclusively in workplace law and related litigation.
