Currently managing armed security contracts for the US Government in six states with multiple facilities in each state. Ensure reporting, staffing, contract execution, standards of performance, and other deliverables are compliant with contract requirements. As the FSO, I ensure all corporate security requirements are met within the NISPOM. I verify, initiate and submit all e-QIP requirements through JPAS for all company cleared employees. Successfully lead the Defense Security Service (DSS) audit preparations, resulting in a superior rating of our annual security audit. Conduct initial indoctrination training and security presentations on a monthly basis and oversee annual security refresher briefing for all personnel. I am designated as the company ITPSO and lead efforts for full company compliance. Currently working on ensuring a smooth corporate transition from JPAS to DISS and NISS. I coordinate all DD 254 requirements.I assist with business development for the company’s security division.

As the Corporate Security Program Director, ensured all corporate security business and contracts were within scope, schedule and budget for our clients. Provided security business development for all of the Sealaska Corporation subsidiaries in both the domestic and international markets. As the Director, I initiated, conducted and reviewed quality and security audits across our customer base to ensure that we were meeting all of the contract specifications and customer expectations. Integrated and managed the training requirements on all our contracts throughout the United States. Instrumental in working with the Defense Security Service to obtain both Top Secret and Secret Facility Clearances for two of our business subsidiaries. Responsible for all aspects of employee security clearances and employee security records in JPAS.

As the Deputy Country Manager/Program Manager, I oversaw all contracts for scope, schedule and budget in-country within CMS (Critical Mission Support) to include oversight of all security, human resources, finance and logistics functions. EODT CMS provided contingency planning and operational support (Staff, armed guards/QRF/ECP’s/K-9) at Military Forward Operating Bases (FOBs) throughout the country and security at numerous UN compounds in the Kabul area. I ensured the hiring, training, and equipping of all Local Nationals (LNs) and EXPAT personnel met our client’s requirements on time and with-in budget. As the Deputy Country Manager, I supported the Country Manager with country wide contingency planning and helped to produce a clear strategy to enhance all aspects of our Afghanistan operations. As the Program Manager, I liaised with Afghanistan officials within the Ministry of Interior (MOI), Ministry of Defense (MOD) and senior US Military leaders on an as needed basis to guarantee full contract compliance and customer satisfaction with EODT services. Additionally I measured, monitored, reported and directed daily operational issues, opportunities and all ongoing planning efforts. I managed and developed direct reporting in-county staff.

Managed a forty-million dollar life support and security contract for the Afghanistan National Civil Order Police National Training Academy while guaranteeing successful security and safety of 1400 personnel from 6 countries. As CSTC-A Liaison Officer to the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF), I provided training oversight to Italian Carabinieri police instructors, Afghanistan National Civil Order Police Cadre and 1000 Afghanistan National Civil Order Police recruits. I interfaced frequently with DynCorps, INL, MOI and the US Department of State to resolve any issues at the ANCOP National Training Center. On a daily basis I professionally managed operations including power generation, water and waste water, dining, lodging and facilities maintenance while coordinating all base security force responses and emergency evacuation plans.

Developed, coordinated, and planned for the Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA), military assistance to Consequence Management (CM), Civil Disturbance Operations (CDO), Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, high yield Explosive (CBRNE) and other likely Alaska contingencies. I coordinated with the Canadian Command on all combined Civil Assistance plans. Conducted studies, analysis and simulations associated with DSCA planning while evaluating joint planning and training events for relevancy, completeness, proper inclusion of joint war-fighting doctrine, correct application of mobility forces and appropriate asset integration. I supported crisis action planning as a member of the Joint Planning Group.

Managed 120 military/civilian Antiterrorism Officers (ATOs) located in 56 units for Elmendorf Air Force Base. Established 3rd Wing/tenant Force Protection (FP) policies, implemented USAF/Major Command directives at the base level, and identified support required for the Antiterrorism (AT) Programs and Force Protection Conditions (FPCONS) alerting procedures. Developed and executed an effective FP strategy during both daily and contingency operations. Identified installation vulnerabilities affecting 27,000 active duty, dependent, retired, civilian personnel and resources by conducting in-depth vulnerability assessments while recommending mitigation actions to possible threats. Integrated the AT measures into overall force planning.

Commanded 450 US Air Force Security Forces personnel in 38 Iraqi locations supporting Army and Marine Corps ground combat missions. Missions and operations included Base Defense Units, Iraqi Police Training Units, Law and Order Detachments, 37 Military Working Dog teams, and an Iraqi National Police Academy. Coordinated ground operations with US sister services, coalition forces and foreign allies.

Commanded 300 security forces personnel, including a 29 vehicle fleet and 12 Military Working Dogs. Managed security for $3 billion in Department of Defense combat aircraft (F-22 and F-15C) heavy and medium lift aircraft and associated assets including Protection Level 2 resources. Responsible for security of 20 large arms/ammunition storage sites, 26 controlled access sites and 51 classified industrial accounts throughout the base. I coordinated law enforcement operations with the law enforcement agencies throughout the State of Alaska at federal, state and local levels. Developed and implemented base security and police services for area of 13,000 acres and 26,000 persons.

Commanded the State of Alaska's only full time, 24/7/365 Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) response unit. Established the strategic vision for the unit, advanced my organization's profile throughout the statewide emergency 1st responder community; corrected shortcomings in training; response protocols and consulted widely with key governmental officers and agencies to establish joint state wide response responsibilities. Identified and resolved key issues, including personnel, new response facilities, equipment, liabilities, intellectual properties, and contracts. Established site safety protocols for all operations and responses. Directed, coordinated, and advised personnel in test procedures analyzing components and physical properties of CBRNE materials (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and High yield explosive). I was responsible for all aspects of AT/FP (Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection) for my unit and the Incident Commander while assisting the communities of Alaska. As a leader, I am proficient at establishing effective priorities among opposing requirements, setting criteria/standards and enforcing them.
