Work also included a new Windows 11 laptop build using Intune and Autopilot. - Digital Enrolment Project (Jul 2017 – Dec 2018): Project to upgrade the Commission’s online enrolment application that enables the public to be able to enrol or update their details online. This project rebuilt the existing application to make it more user friendly as well as building API’s to enable identity verification against the NZ Passport and NZ Drivers license databases. Achievements:- Managed an overhaul of the Commissions digital enrolment product that contributed to digital transactions increasing from 8% at the 2017 General Election to 53% at the 2020 General Election.- Managed the successful organisation-wide rollout of Microsoft Teams to facilitate communication and collaboration during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown.- Successfully delivered all technology requirements for the 2020 General Election.
