I was accountable for developing work processes and project plans to ensure a successful implementation of Jovix, a material readiness application designed for the industrial construction space. I worked closely with project stakeholders during scope refinement activities, user training, and system configuration/setup. Successes included working with internal teams to resolve a project jeopardizing functionality gap resulting in an improved relationship with our client and implementing an ad-hoc solution to avoid project delays during an on-site visit to a client location in China.During this time I worked on the following projects:Fluor / Anglo American – Quellaveco Project – China/Chile/PeruBechtel / Teck – Quebrada Blanca Phase II Project – Chile

I was responsible for system setup and configuration of Jovix, a material readiness application designed for the industrial construction space, at client locations around the world. This involved working closely with client personnel to ensure they were adequately trained and capable of managing Jovix after my demobilization from client locations.Successes in this role included on-boarding over 200 client users across multiple locations, developing and revising Jovix processes to increase adoption, building reporting suites to provide clients with actionable information to increase process efficiencies, and coordinating a successful closeout of operations across eight client fabrication facilities in Korea.During this time I worked on the following projects:Fluor / Kuwait National Petroleum Company – Al-Zour Oil Refinery Project – China/KuwaitSuncor / SK E&C – Fort Hills Secondary Extraction Project – Canada/Korea
