I worked as a Business Strategy Coach at Raizcorp and in this role I lead teams in the development of small and medium sized businesses. These businesses are on sponsored business growth programmes that are facilitated by Raizcorp for various corporate sponsors such as Shell, Investec, Babcock, VW, and BHP Billiton. I was responsible for the management reports for 101 stores within a team of 8. I was involved in the Nando’s Listing as part of my internal audits duty. This was a very enjoyable environment to work in and I gained from the depth and complexity of my tasks, the environment and the unity of the IS division team.

I ran a small spare-parts operation in the US, where the company supplied the mid-west with Spare aviation parts. This position included sales, logistics and administration responsibilities. The experience was greatly valued. The skills gained in management activities developed my business and operational understanding which was a valued platform for further roles.In this role I managed a staff team of 4 members and in this time we managed to improve sales over that period by 40% from past figures.
