I am a management consultant with deep expertise in business applications and related processes. I’ve consulted for corporate clients from small start-ups to Fortune 500 firms across an array of industries. My career has centered on the intersection of business processes and technology. I enjoy helping organizations understand their business objectives and figure out how to leverage technology and process improvements to accomplish them. I’ve led ERP, Budgeting & Forecasting, Data Analytics & MES implementations and related process improvements for my clients. I consider myself very versatile; I'm constantly adapting to different cultures and new challenges across a variety of industries. I'm a self-starter and work in fast-paced environments. I utilize my strong organization and project management skills in conjunction with my vast background in business applications, processes, and digital projects to guide companies through creating strategic roadmaps and executing on them in order to improve their business processes and applications. I've been fortunate to have been mentored by many incredible leaders that have created great opportunities for me. I've always been very active with internal initiatives. I helped start and expand on my first service line's on-boarding and training program. That led me to help start my previous firm’s firm-wide training committee, which won an award in 2016.
