Throughout my extensive career at SCH Group, I've held many roles. As a manager within SC&H Group I was part of our BPM division and helped start our Accounting Solutions Division.With BPM I managed budgeting and forecasting implementations with Oracle Hyperion software (PBCS) for enterprise size clients. This includes requirements gathering, business model design, system design, system implementation, global client training, global client testing, project management, and support.With Accounting Solutions, I helped start the service line with a focus on ERP implementation with Sage Intacct systems. I participated in all aspects of the business including strategic planning, business development, marketing, and all phases of the system implementations.

As a senior in our BPM service line, I was responsible for tackling the more technical phases of our budgeting & forecasting and global consolidations projects utilizing Oracle Hyperion software. This included designing and developing complex models like corporate allocation, indirect rates, and workforce planning models for enterprise size companies.

As a staff I supported my seniors and managers in implementing budgeting & forecasting solutions for our BPM service line utilizing Oracle Hyperion software. My main responsibilities was transforming financial reporting and data integrations for enterprise size clients. This included building many variations of P&Ls, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow reports, as well as specific management reporting and KPI packages.Internally, I started BPM's on-boarding & training programs.
