These should be documented at the time of the visit. o Minimise negative impact on brand from health, safety or environment issues o Identify and follow through with WHS/OH&S improvements (system improvements, elimination of hazards and environmental risks)

I joined Brennan after immigrating from London.My role as a Primary was to provide level 3 support across a range of Tier 1 - 3 clients. The role consisted of a mix of break fix and proactive work and involved high level expertise. There was also some project work involved and we were expected to self manage our time and priorities to make sure all work performed was of a high standard.

My role as the Team leader for the systems engineering team at Total Gas & Power is both varied and challenging. We are a large trading enterprise with offices in the UK, France, USA and Singapore all of which have their core infrastructure services hosted and supported in the UK. This adds to the complexity and responsibility required to work in an efficient and structured environment. My team is responsible for all hardware and software that falls under the infrastructure umbrella, some examples of this would be AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS, AV, Exchange, IM, vSphere, Netbackup, VMWARE VDI, SAN, Symantec ITMS,SEPM and Clustered services. We are also 3rd Line Support for the Networks, Developer and Desktop Support teams. I am a key reference point in the team for anything SQL related as I have excellent experience in this area. Alongside the usual systems support tasks I have also managed and implemented some exciting projects which are listed in the project section below.

During my time at Avantia I was responsible for managing the infrastructure along with working as part of the DBA team to help develop the primary SQL back end. A large part of my role involved working on complicated TSQL queries and DB schema changes to support the company's online platform which I enjoyed and found very satisfying. Other database developments included SSRS and Televantage. As a personal project I implemented a virtual server environment using ESXi to facilitate a faster development cycle and more stable environment for myself and the rest of the DEV team to utilise. I moved on from Avantia as was looking for something more challenging in a larger enterprise environment.

During my time at IU&A I was responsible for the IT infrastructure which included all hardware and software maintenance and implementation. Before immigrating to the UK, I was promoted to Team Leader which allowed me to gain experience in areas such as project and team management. I worked closely with our external auditors to implement their compliance processes ensuring best practice across the business. Projects I led include researching and testing an electronic application form platform for the business, implementing a backup and disaster recovery plan and a data migration from our legacy database system to a SQL database platform.

I joined DDL at a very exciting time as the the business had recently obtained the exclusive rights to distribute Pokemon cards throughout the UK. This meant a rapid expansion for the business which required new premises of which I was tasked with setting up the Infrastructure. I dealt with everything from purchasing hardware, installing software and dealing with service providers. One of the biggest challenges was to get the new premises operational within the allocated time. After the initial move I continued to manage all aspects of the IT infrastructure which gave me a fantastic grounding in systems management.
