Collaborating with infrastructure virtualization specialists in VMWare vCloud technologies. Designing a release management process of configuration management code, in combination with virtualization automation workflows to deliver a self service platform.

Owned development on three integral applications, ensured successful production worthy solutions in a complex program consisting of multiple Greenfield projects totalling approximately 200 staff. Recommended best practices to peers and took on a leadership role amongst the group of Tech Leads (~18). Mentored developers, through one on one, code reviews, and leading by example. Routinely met with Management to advise on project direction and various issues. Routinely guided non-technical Project Managers. Took on an initiative to harbour the development community across the organization, in different departments. * Technical Lead - Provisioning and Service Activation. On a team involving 3 stakeholders from 3 organizations, managed multiple clients on the same project. Recommended and designed a process for stakeholder collaboration, and metrics reporting of the project team. Focused on managing vendor a application from a technical and architectural perspective. Ensuring quality of implementation, scalability, and receptive to changing business requirements.* Technical Lead Core Provisioning (Internet/Digital Phone / Cable) - an agile team of ~6 developing a highly scalable, high performance provisioning system using asynchronous RESTful web services, provisioning against a combination of engineering network elements, and physical hardware. * Technical Lead on a complex team of ~20, developing Order Management Workflows, integrating via RESTful web services with 7 separate teams using agile methodologies.

* Lead developer on a WPF Order Entry application, which reduced call handling times significantly. Collaborated with User Experience and BA's successfully to create an application that required zero training before release. * Designed and directed architectural decisions. * Collaborated with technical operations teams, and business operational support teams to design and improve business process.
